It goes beyond just email to ticket. When you post a reply on a ticket that originated from an email, that reply can be automatically sent back as an email to the client.

Filtering spam and noise with AI
Not every email deserves to be a ticket. Newsletters, auto-replies, and spam need to be filtered. Floris learns which emails are relevant and which are not, based on patterns in your mailbox.

Privacy and security
Email integrations touch sensitive data. That is why Refront works with OAuth tokens that only request minimally necessary permissions. Emails are stored encrypted and accessible only to team members with the right permissions.
